We like to get to zoos early. It is a little cool, the animals tend to be active, the school trips aren't there yet. So, we went for a take out breakfast and called an Uber.
It was cloudy and misty when we arrived, but Calder mapped out our best route and off we went.
I think that this is the best tiger viewing I have ever had. He came up to the window many times and looked at us as though he was planning lunch.
The lemur exhibit was fabulous. We were in the enclosure with them. If they wanted to they could have sat on our shoulders. There was a keeper in with us to keep the fools from harassing them.
