6/15/15 Yokohama

We arrived in Yokohama before 5 in the morning; took a taxi to Yong's; unpacked all of our clothes and the items that were requested from Costco and by that time their favorite bakery was open.  Off we went to just walk and stay awake until after dinner.

There is a tiny park right next door :

Breakfast at Madam Pompador 's:

The bread has streaks of cheese inside.  The hot chocolate is fancy.

Jef's family has a tradition of taking pictures of the kids on this big red chair:

At the end of this shopping street, we took a train to 2 large department stores and then a bus home.

For dinner we went to a Tonkatsu ( pork cutlet) place with Jef's aunt and uncle.  Branwen was so tired she fell asleep at the table and had to be carried out of the restaurant.  We all were in bed asleep by 8:30.

Jef ordered tea. It came brewed in a pot with a cozy.
